Our aspiration
The focal point of our daily activities is always the satisfaction of our customers. To continue satisfying rising expectations and the confidence invested in us, we have decided to introduce an Integrated Management System (IMS) company-wide. On the one hand, this system encompasses the programmes and systems for quality assurance, occupational safety and environmental protection that have been documented for several years. On the other hand, it also takes account of the commercial processes and project management, making the IMS the hub where all strings essential for doing successful business come together.
To our customers, the system is a dependable guarantor for the long-term protection of the excellent quality of Balfour Beatty Rail. It is based on our proximity to our customers and our orientation towards a decentralised organisation with clearly defined responsibilities. Every project is implemented with the idea of forming a reference for future business.
