On 23 April 2008 InoSig GmbH officially celebrated its founding in Berlin. Based on their joint venture agreement dated 29 October 2007 Bombardier Transportation (Signal) Germany GmbH and Balfour Beatty Rail GmbH founded a joint venture in the field of electronic signal equipment on the German market prior to the close of December 2007.
