Modern Railways 2010 Beijing

December 6th till 9th was the venue for the 10th Modern Railways 2010 in the China National Convention Center Beijing. The exhibition was accompanied by the 7th World Congress on High Speed Rail. More than 250 exhibitors presented their products and services to the congress participants and international visitors. Balfour Beatty Rail presented its capabilities of its two Joint Ventures BaoDeLi (based in Baoji) and TJBB (based in Tianjin). BaoDeLi delivers catenary components for the development Chinese railway network, particular for the high-speed sections. TJBB specializes on the production of DC equipment for mass transit systems in Chinese Megacities.
